Services include fit & finish recommendations, floor plan design, pro-forma pricing models/rent rolls, branding, website & collateral design, focus groups, common area design, and advertising (print, radio, television, internet, social media, SEO optimization).

Andy’s team has successfully leased and sold out 20+ communities in the East Bay, including Old Town Oakland, Jack London Square, Downtown Oakland, West Oakland, Piedmont Avenue, Temescal, Walnut Creek, Rockridge, West Berkeley, East Lake and Emeryville.

Projects include The Bond (100 units), Aqua Via (100 units), Radio Supply Lofts, Temescal Station, Pop Junction Lofts, Louise Row, and Haven Street Lofts.
